This workshop takes place at one of our favorite locations, George L. Smith State Park, which offers varied photographic opportunities. Located near Twin City Georgia, this pristine lake is just a 75 minute drive from the Savannah airport.
Day 1
Arrive and check-in between 1PM and 5PM. After settling in we’ll have a brief orientation at 5:30. We’ll have a sunset shoot from the riverbank beginning at 6. Sunset is at 6:43 PM. Dinner will be provided.
Day 2
7:00 AM Continental breakfast, blue hour and sunrise over the lake (7:38)
Optional kayaking among the cypress trees
12:00 PM Picnic lunch, then processing session.
3:00 PM Individual help sessions or private relaxing time.
5:00 PM Dinner
5:40 PM Sunset shoot (6:41)
Day 3
7:00 AM Continental breakfast, blue hour and sunrise from the covered bridge
Optional kayaking
Around 11:00 Head for home to process all your great photos and memories!
price: $645
includes all meals, parking fees, workshop fee, and a kayak opportunity.
The fee does not include accommodations.
Tenting locations, RV locations, and new cotttages are available.
Prices range from $38 per night for RV and tent camping to $220 per night for 2 bedroom cabins.
